Cooling fan of this car is on with high speed all the time!
After scanned we found following code : 2E82 .
Also, what is the meaning of ( radiator shutter )?
Need help please.

That code is for a failed coolant pump, with no circulation it looks as if the fan defaults to high speed. the radiator shutter is a set of shutter blades that open and close for more or less air flow as demanded by the cooling system, it all controlled via the on board management system.
