fans wont turn on

just purchased the vehicle and replaced the fuel pump. now I see that the air conditioner engages, but does not blow. the cooling fan does not turn on either. there are dual fans. what should I test first and how. the fan motor or maybe the coolant temperature sensor?but I cannot find that?

This is far more complicated than you are expecting. It is a two speed system that uses three relays to set up the speeds.
