Fan relay switch

I need the wiring diagram for my fan relay. I replaced the relay switch and the pig tail for it too, but I am not sure if the wires are correct. The fans stopped working a long time ago.

Please help

see picture wire going to pcm is marked I cannot get it all in picture.

1 is ground the dark green goes to motor and gray is power the light green goes to pcm.
