Fan problems temperature switch is not working

I did the fan direct but the switch is there and it is not going off. so I want to remove the light the low fan for engine.

check fuses and relays in picture. then check resistance of engine cooling switch. See pictures. resistance is an example of what it should read, higher when cold.
