Fans say on all the time even when u cut van off changed fan relay and then ran van for a while fans did not come on
Put old relaay back in and they stay on all the time

I would say the relay is bad for one thing, check ground on left hand frame rail as well then check to see if new relay is making good contact with wires at connection it may be a PCM problem so see if a mechanic can use his scanner to see if that is a problem and command fans on. Check your engine coolant temp switch as well and if you have a/c turn that on and see if fans start. It may be a PCM problem.
