The air is not blowing from vents. Can feel warm air when the car is moving but only when hand is right next to the vent. Fan fuse.

Quick question first. When you switch the fan speeds do you have any air movement through the vents? It sounds like you might be have a blower motor issue. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved. We can help with that. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
