Fan for A/C does not turn on

Replaced blower motor and the resistor, still doesn't work.

We need to start with checking fuse 22 in fuse panel C. If this fuse is okay then we need to check voltage at the resistor when the blower is turned on the resistor for control voltage and then B+ as well.

I attached the wiring diagram but we need to find out which wires have voltage and which do not.

If you have 12 volts on the red/white B+ wire then we need to know what we have on the control wires.
