Fan clutch noise

Hi, my fan clutch has been making noise for several weeks, mostly when starting cold. Made an appointment to have replaced but for the past three days the noise has been nonexistent. What are your thoughts? Appreciate your advice in advance.

Good morning,

I would have it replaced. These issues cannot fix themselves.

If you decide to wait, the next time it makes noise, it may fail and leave you stranded and may do more damage.

I would be proactive and replace it now rather than reactive and dealing with a breakdown.
