I have a 1994 Chevy Blazer s10 4.3 . It sounds loud and I'm getting poor acceleration when I'm at a stop position. The fan is turning but sound loud once the truck have been sitting for a while. It ran hot two months ago but I put more antifreeze and haven't had overheating since. Is it a bad fan clutch or other problems?

the fan clutch should lock up when truck is hot to suck more air in if it is locked all the time then the clutch is bad in it.
