what would make my truck sound like a airplan comming up the street and takes along time to get in gear also its useing alot gas I just had it smoged 2 weeks ago it passed and i had the fuel injecters clean at wal mart could the fan clutch have anything to do with this

Could be coming from the transmission if its happening prior to shifting of gears

besides the tranmission what could it be i have people tell its the fan clutch and others tell its the pulley

I just want to let u know the problem with my truck was the fan clutch I had it replaced and now my truck run and sounds great and it only cost me $45 for the part
