Fan not working possibly causing car to overheat

My car overheats. I notice the small fan on the passenger side is not spending is that why my car is overheating?

It is possible but I only show you having one fan for this vehicle so it is possible that someone added or changed the fans on this vehicle. Have you owned it since it was new or did you just recently buy it?

Also, can you try turning the A/C on and see if this smaller fan turns on? Lastly can you get a picture of this fan set up so we can try to identify what you are seeing?
