Hesitation, shutting off while driving and hard starting after battery replacement

Car has been hesitating to start after battery was replaced. I can be in motion will shuts off. Or takes several tries to restart. Test give alternator good but makes brand new battery low.

Can you tell me the battery voltage with the key off??

Then give me the voltage with the engine running??

It sounds like you have low voltage causing the issue.
