Center console screen/radio does not come on, interior lights, high beams, and electronic door locks do not work.

The first thing I would do is check the ECU-B1 fuse which is in the fuse panel under the hood. This fuse runs all of the systems you have motioned, this video will help.

The ECU-B1 is a 10A fuse and it’s good. I replaced it just in case. No luck

Not sure, I don’t know what that means. It has a fob and I have to touch it to the ignition button to start it. How would I find out?
