no communication with PCM, security not flashing. I do I check for communication issues?

Does the check engine light work?

What kind of scan tool are you using? Try using it on another car to see if it works. A lot of times, it is a scan tool.
Did you check for spark or fuel? That will tell me if the ECM is working.
I attached the procedure for the ECM. Make sure the fuses are good with power on both sides.
