How do I reprogram the key?

When I put the key in does nothing the light on the dash stays on. I think I need to reprogram the key and don't know how. Factory reset code?

This could just be a key issue but you need 2 valid operating keys to program additional keys. If you only have one key or less then you will need to use a scan tool to program a new key.

Can you get us a quick video of what this is doing when you turn the key? I think that will help us understand better what is happening.
