Factory car stereo says on-after ignition is off, manually have to shut-off stereo, Why?

Factory car stereo does not power off after key is out of ignition, have to manually shut off stereo'
Replaced with after marker stereo, wired correctly, and still same issue, Why?

Normally the yellow wire is constant power, this for radio memory, the red will be switched power, check that the main power wire is actually switching, that is power on with Acc and Ign only
