I had replaced the spark plugs, The entire Intake manifold is brand new, one injector was replaced and new fuel pump as well as filter. so I noticed i had a small leak at the tank by the lines coming off the tank which told me the pump is working... but will not start unless I feed her fuel slowly through the TB.I took thr line off after the fuel filter... and 0 fuel was in the filter.. so how am I getting fuel to come out of the tank but not even reach the filter 2 ft down the line???

This should be the plastic tank and have the pump shown below. I suspect you have the supply and return hose swapped.

Just to be sure, it starts on starter fluid but does not continue running?

We may be getting mislead on no fuel in the filter. Have you checked the pressure?
