What tools do I need to remove a front motor mount bolt?

hello i need some help in figuring out what tools will i need to extract this broken off front motor mount bolt without this.. this is making the whole motor mount slides... moves up and down and just having the engine lifting crazy.

Yep, I would remove the mount before starting to work on it, here is a video to show you how to remove the bolt and which tools to use:
