External fuel pump failure

Replaced PCM, fuel pump relay, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, but fuel pump not running when key on. Truck starts for a second then shuts off.

Check for power and ground to pump is relay sending power? Is fuse or fusible link good dual or single tank?

I am not seeing an external pump for this truck, is this a modification?

Thx 4 reply, now got pump energized but trk starts and runs rough, hiccups and stalls initially. If I use pedal to idle up engine and maintain 4 several mins she will
Run on her own but still hear hiccups or missing sounds. Replaced fuel pressure regulator, o2 sensor also
