Hi, from time and again, there is an explosion in my exhaust muffler. I have checked the ignition coils, I have even replaced new ignition coil cables. I cleaned the catalytic converter by Liqui Moly cleaner specified for it. Fuel average is fine as well.

There is no error in OBDII scanner.

Kindly help me out.

This is most likely cause by a couple things. First and foremost, there is fuel in the exhaust possibly from a leaking injector or just poor combustion. Either way this happens due to the excess fuel igniting in the exhaust.

Here are some guides that will help with this:

The next most likely cause is an exhaust leak allowing more air into the exhaust.

The reason this could be the issue is because it will not ignite if the air/fuel ratio is not correct. So we need to inspect for exhaust leaks and then monitor the o2 sensor data to see if the exhaust is rich with fuel.

We don't have a manual on this vehicle but we can help work through this issue as it is pretty generic so we may not need the manual for it. Thanks
