My catalytic converter broke off from the flange that connects it to the exhaust manifold how do I fix it? The car is extremely loud.

You would probably be best to go to a muffler shop to have it welded back together. I would also have the motor mounts checked, something usually causes this to happen.. like the engine moving around too much when you hit the gas
