Code p0014?

I am getting the code p0014 and I am wondering if that code is to replace the exhaust sensor or the exhaust actuator solenoid.

The first thing to do is make sure the oil level is full and the oil is clean, if so, remove the exhaust actuator solenoid and see if the screen at the end is clogged with little metal particulars and gunk, if so clean and reinstall, if not replace the solenoid. Here is the location and how to replace it in the images below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

The code is referring to the exhaust solenoid not the sensor, correct?
