Accelerator pedal sensor replacement

Starts then shuts off and code says I need to replace accelerator pedal sensor. How to do that?

I've attached step by step pictures below on how to replace the accelerator pedal position sensor.It's mounted to the pedal assembly next to the steering column.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
