If the van sits for more than a couple of days with the battery connected it completely drains the battery. I've ruined one new battery. I did the amperage test by putting my multimeter in line with the battery negative and pulling fuses one by one. Nothing made a difference in the reading. When I disconnected the positive cable from the TIPM my reading dropped. The original reading was around .7 amp. I reconnected the positive cable and started pulling connectors off the TIPM. When I pulled C7 the amperage dropped again. I'm thinking my draw is happening in the circuits supplied by C7 but I can't seem to find a wiring diagram showing me where the wires go from C7. Can you please help me?

Sure, here are the accessories that are powered by C7, what sticks out is the sliding door and the adjustable pedals so I would check there first. This guide may help as well:
