Excessive fuel consumption?

Good evening, all. Yesterday, a client told me to fix his excessive fuel consumption in the car listed above. The engine was idling okay but about every 2-5 minutes at idle the engine idling would be so low as if it wants to go off but would regain power after that by itself. The low idling would be always about 5-10 seconds only. But after every about 4-6 spontaneous low idling. This scenario reoccurred as long as the engine was left idling.
In addition, the client took me on a test drive and complaint off gas, like pepper entering his eyes, I testified to that fact too.
These were the codes I retrieved below:

There are three codes that will help us fix it, first is the.

P0498 - EVAP System Vent Valve Control Circuit Low

and

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Position Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0113

and

Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Bank 1

The remainder of the codes are because of the rich mixture. Let's start by checking the EVAP purge valve, please remove it and if you can blow through it, the valve is no good and needs to be replaced.

Next, I would remove the EGR valve to see if you can blow through that as well, if so, the valve is bad.

And then finally the air intake air temperature sensor which I would check the connections to and fi okay replace the sensor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thank you so much for the guide! Sorry, I didn't complete what diagnosed!
I replaced the O2 sensor that's close to the firewall because after using a multimeter to conduct the test, I discovered that it was faulty.
As a result, I didn't notice the rough idle again and stalling stop then, but I don't know if it reoccurred after I left. I cleared the codes, and it all went away too except the P0498 that was the only one that remained. But I don't know if others came back again.
Recently, the client called and said the car is still consuming fuel. Please, what should I do from here?

Where is the EVAP system vent valve control circuit location for the car? Does this code have anything to do with the canister close to the fuel tank?

The EVAP vent control valve is at the rear of the car near the fuel tank. Did you get a chance to check the purge solenoid? Here is the location of the canister vent valve. I would clear the codes and then take it for a short drive and then run the codes again. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

I would put 12 volts to them to see if they click. That is the best way to test them. Also have a hose attached to see if you can blow through the valve.

Okay. What medium should I use, my mouth or vacuum pump? What if I'm able to blow air through, is it faulty or not?

Either will work, air will pass through it or not, if air does go through it when there is no power to it, means that it is bad.

Yes, when the valve has 12 volts it should open to pass air through it.
