Everything works fine, just red brake light is on on cluster.

Amazing. Pads, Shoes , calipers and wheel cylinders are all normal, no leak. the only thing is- red break light is on. Any advice?

Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir. If it's low and there's no leak, the front pads are worn to the point of needing to be replaced.
Pull up on the parking brake pedal. If the light goes out, suspect a stretched cable or one of the rear ones is rusted in the partially-applied position.
