Misfires and code p0300

Car has a misfire and code p0300. code reader shows evap leak detection.

Hi,

The P0300 indicated a random misfire. Do you have the code for the EVAP leak? It would help me diagnose what could be the issue as well as better direct you.

I will tell you that if it is a "Small Leak," the best thing to do is have the EVAP system smoke tested. Basically, smoke is introduced into the EVAP system at a low pressure. Where the leak is located, smoke will come out.
