ETCS relay off

if i press accelerator the car does not move and it moves by it self at thirty km/h only. Computer test shows ECTS relay "off malfunction". this started happening since I have changed my R18 engine. can it be fixed? Or do I have to replace something? If it can be fixed how do i go about that?

What was the trouble code for the ECTS malfunction?
Nothing cannot be fixed, just need to know what caused it and needs to be done.
It could be a minor hitch like a loose wire somewhere or a poor ground.

Was the replaced engine same as original or a different model?
Any modifications to the control system?
