Shaking and engine light on

I have replaced spark plugs and wires. Ignition coil as well as O2 sensor. The car seems to run worse than ever now. Shakes bad, shuts off when going in reverse.

Before I try to help, can you let me know what trouble codes are in the computer at this point? Many things can cause this problem, vacuum leaks, plugs not properly gaped, mixed up spark plug wires.

Let me know so I can better guide you.
