6 days ago, my car would no longer start. I believe it had the original battery. I don't remember replacing it, I've had the car 2 years. We were thinking it was the battery, because I drain it down not always empty but when I charge my computer. Purchased a new battery, installed it, car still will not start. Got a new starter, still not starting. When I turn on the ignition not to engine start just turn it on it chimes five times and then error will display on the dash underneath the park neutral reverse icons.

Hello,

Can you upload a picture of the error message or the symbol?

Also, what does the vehicle do when you try to start it?
Does it crank? Make any clicking noise?

Is this issue just happened all of a sudden or was there other symptoms?

Many times, a malfunctioning security system can prevent the vehicle from starting.

Please let me know what you have been experiencing.
Thank you.
