I had gotten the error code P0141 and changed the sensor and started the car and drove a while thinking my check engine light would shut off, but it has not. Then I noticed that my D4 light has not come on? What could possibly be the problem? And how can I manually reset the ECU?

That code means the heater in the second oxygen sensor has gone out so you need to replace the sensor, here is a guide that will help you get the job done.

I replaced the sensor cleared the code and drove half a block and the same code came back on? I had replaced the sensor & made sure that the plug was clean before I connected it.I also noticed that my car isn't quite shifting on time and it is shifting hard?

This could be a sign that the catalytic converter is plugged and needs replacement. Here is a guide to confirm.

Please run this test and get back to us so we can continue helping you.
