Codes P0011 and P0014, uneven revving at 3,500 RPMs?

uneven revving at 3000- 4000 RPMs.
DTC stored are
P0011 intake valve timing cont B1
P0014 exhaust valve timing cont B1

things we did on the car .
swapped cam solenoids with Bank 2 and dtc still stored on B1.
checked oil level and timing . looks fine.
wiring on B1 intake cam solenoid wire voltage are 12v and 2.9 v and exhaust solenoid connector wiring voltage are 12v and 0v.

i don't have service info and wiring diagram of this model patrol, so please help me solve this issue.

Yep the dreaded camshaft codes, to with these it can be a stuck oil control valve which it sounds like you swapped them, if so the only thing left is a worn timing chain system. this causes oscillation in the timing of the camshafts, (first behind the sensor, then in front of it). The computer will notice one or the other and give a code. Can you tell me if at idle the engine makes a slight rattling sound? If so this will be the problem. If you are not sure, please upload a video of the engine idling so I can hear it so we can know for sure.

There’s no power loss or abnormal revving at idle. The problem only shows up while driving. Diagnostic trouble codes appear randomly for Bank 1 or Bank 2, affecting either intake or exhaust. There’s also no rattling noise at idle.

Okay, that is good, can you confirm the engine has only 31k on it?

Okay, with 31k there should be no timing chain issues. I would change the engine oil and filter and then clear the codes. I would use:

SAE 5W-30 especially in hotter climates or if 0W-20 in cooler weather.

5W-30 full synthetic, API SN+/SP, ILSAC GF-6

The engine oil is VERY important, let us know how it goes.
