Entertainment center not turning on?

I used the steering controls, and the radio came on, voice activation also works. Also, when i press the buttons on the main info fe ter say to change bands it works. From main screen volume works, tracking and all.

Did a can scan and there were a ton of codes of course cause battery was bad. Deleted all and all i have left are these.

Does the vehicle have navigation? Also, what does the BAV stand for? I don't recognize it.

I just figured out what BAV is. In your first post, I think you meant NAV. LOL

Am not understanding which other harness am supposed to check as far as av. I have pulled screen out and it has a harness, what do i check as far as the av, where is it and what connects to it?

Scanned it and got these, deleted them and second pic shows the codes that showed. Disconnected battery fir a while same results

The two codes that are stored are related. They seem to be related to the multi-function switch. See attached below. I say the switch because it is present in both codes. See pic 1

The multi-function switch ties to the front display, and the A/C control unit. I attached the wiring below.

You mean the multifunction switch on steering? That can cause this issue?

I'm looking through the schematics again and they don't specify. If that is the only AV switch, I would have to say yes.

if you are confused about it then so am I, lol. I am not going to know more than you. Yes, I have no idea what or how to identify what or where the AV is.

The schematics are vague but extremely extensive. LOL Not having things in front of me for this issue makes it extremely difficult because I can't compare what I'm seeing with what is on the vehicle. If there is an AV switch on the steering, that must be it.
