Turn the key over motor won't engage the Starter. I replaced the Starter, Battery, and Alternator. Would turn over until last night. Now I hear a "Clank" when turning the key.

Yep, I would use a breaker bar on the front of the engine to see if the engine turns over because it sounds like the engine is locked up. This guide can help as well:

Please run down this guide and report back.

Nice, so the clank you hear is probably the starter Bendix engaging into the flywheel, but the motor part of the starter is not working. Can I ask which brand of rebuilt starter did you use?

I would get an AC Delco unit from Rockauto or Amazon. Also, check the positive and negative battery cables. Battery is fully charged? Also make sure the negative cable is connected to the engine block and frame/chassis of the truck.

All connections are good. We have now run into another problem. Fuel pump is now dumping gas into the engine. One problem turns into another.

Is the ground connected to the engine and the frame/chassis? We should run the codes to see what comes up.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great? You can upload it here with your response.
