Engine will not turn over by hand?

Hello!
I have a W204 facelift C300 4 matic with a 2496 cc engine. My car had problems with the starter motor but after 2 months of the car sitting my car won’t turn on. I removed the belt and tried to turn on the engine by hand, but it wouldn’t move. When I tried to turn by hand the car was at P. Do I have to put my car on Neutral to turn on the engine by hand?

No you do not, the parking action is handled by the transmission. I would remove the drive belt and then the starter motor, also try removing the spark plugs, and then try tuning it by hand again. You may have a blown head gasket.
