Engine will not crank over

I have replaced starter, fuses, relays and and ECM. It won't crank over when I turn the key fuel pump turns on but engine doesn't crank.

Hi,

Just to confirm that I understand, is it the starter that doesn't engage or does it but the vehicle just won't start?

Take a look through these two links. One is for a crank no start condition and the other is for a starter that won't work. See if the relevant one helps.

I attached the wiring schematic below for the starting system as a reference.

Let me know exactly what is happening. Also, let me know if you checked the start inhibit switch (clutch switch) to make sure it's good.

Note: I had to cut the schematic in half to make it readable for you. I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the other. Additionally, I realize the fuses have been checked. Also, make sure there is power to and from them.
