Engine will not accelerate?

Hi,

1) The engine starts easily but won't accelerate above 1,200 RPMs.
2) There is no pressured air in the turbo outlet.
3) There is no mil on the dash.
Please help me.

Yep, it sounds like the car is in limp mode, most of the time this will be because of a dirty throttle body, or you have a wastegate or turbo that has come apart. These should leave some kind of code and even if the check engine light is not on, here is a guide so help you run the codes to be sure we are headed in the right direction to fix it.
