Engine wire harness

I have mouse chewed, corroded butt splices, poorly repaired wear damaged wires. I understand that Chrysler used soy based wire insulation on the harnesses and the mice love it. I'm getting a variety of codes (mostly related to throttle control and gas pedal which both have been replaced to no avail), intermittent engine light, intermittent ABS light, intermittent traction control light. Frankly I can't remember all the others. Several mechanics have been unable to isolate exactly what the issue or issues are. So I am wondering if it is a harness issue and where to get one.

I would check the computer harness connections it sounds like it got put together incorrectly. Here is a guide to help you test and the engine wiring diagrams to help find the problem:
