Engine was running well and now it will not start

The vehicle has gas I replaced the spark plug wires. I also removed the valve cover to see if the timing belt was broken but it is fine. I checked some of the fuses and I just don't know what to do next.

Below you will find the process from the manual on how to test the fuel pressure. Let's get the PSI just to be sure it is enough fuel pressure. Thanks
