First, confirm there are no tire issues. Check for cupped tire tread. Next, you should have the tire balance checked. That can cause a vibration. Also, check if a wheel is bent, damaged, or has picked up mud or dirt which is sticking on the wheel. Here is a link that shows the different ways tires can wear.

Now, I am basing this in the vehicle shakes when moving. If there is a different issue, let me know. Also, let me know if there are any noises like a humming or rattling. There could also be an issue with alignment or a steering component. Those should show tire wear issues.
