Engine turns but no fire, fuel pump relay location needed

I checked all fuses and relays seems to be okay. Have spark and fuel. I believe fuel pump relay is out of order .I have Chilton manual but there show other location of fuses and relays and I'm not sure which is fuel pump relay. Could you help me and advise what next check? Thanks

Fuel Pump Relay Left front corner of engine compartment, in battery junction box.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
