My van starts up while foot is pushed in on the pedal. Whenever I take my foot off of the pedal the van stalls out. I smelt gas in the cab and looked and saw leaking. It was leaking from the fuel pressure valve. (Test pressure of fuel running to engine) I changed the TPS and it didn't help me but I am assuming it may be a bad fuel pump? I do not know what to do. Please help.

Have you repaired the fuel leak? What do you mean by fuel pressure valve and what led you to replace the TPS?

The leak was repaird and I was looking into it and people who had the same problem changed their TPS and said it worked soo I gave it a shot but I also need to include I changed the fuel filter and the engine ran for a bit longer then it cutting out. Also I had a 94 explorer that sat for a while and the fuel pump went out I didn't include that this van had been sitting a while this is why I asume fuel pump

IT sounds like the stalling problem is the IAC valve or you have a vacuum leak, check out these guides on how to repair the problem

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-an-idle-speed-control-motor-iac

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge

as far as the fuel leak it could be a fuel injector, get a flashlight and inspect each one and change them if leaking this is common problem.

Let me know what you find.

Best, Ken
