Engine/transmission problem

Hi there, when i am driving my car normally it shifts fine, but when i give it or put the gas pedal to the floor it is like its almost grinding but it still shifts though. It is right before it shifts to second gear when this happens. It makes almost like a buzzing sound. I don know maybe this could be my transmission or my engine? I would like to find out what this problem is. Thank you

more than likely if it only does it in one gear it is the transmission. have a transmission professional check it out as it could be a few things internally.
