A long story short I drove it to the store, went to leave and it had this awful squeal, rub noise. I don’t think it’s rod knock, I hope the torque converter is just loose and rubbing. Anyways, have a video also I can send, or post if it will let me. Let me know, TIA!

Hi,

I certainly heard it. Can you tell if it is in the front of the engine? Did you check all belt-driven accessories to make sure there isn't a bearing that failed in one of the components? For example, the alternator, water pump, and power steering pump?

Is the engine oil clean and full? Has the check engine light turned on and stayed on after the engine is running?

Let me know.
