Engine symbol pointed down

I have the vehicle listed above that if I go over thirty mph, it shakes and the engine symbol comes on and it is pointed down. I have to stop, wait for five minutes, start it up and try to keep it under thirty mph. Sometimes it does it even if I am under thirty mph.

To identify what is causing the problem, you need to have the computer scanned to determine which trouble codes are stored. They will point you in the right direction. Here is a video to show how to get the codes. If you don't have a scanner, some parts stores will scan it for free.
