The original engine is damaged beyond repair. Will a 1973 Oldsmobile 350 be a direct fit? If so, what changes must be made to accommodate the 1973 carbureted engine?

Nope, this engine "1973 Oldsmobile 350" will not fit into a Cadillac, sorry.
