engine swap?

Have 1989 GMC Jimmy 5.7 liter tbi engine would anyone know if chevy 350 engine will bolt up with 700r4 transmission without any mods other than changing intake manifold and distributor and caping off fuel pump hole. To convert from mechanical to tbi. Thanks all, I just saw the answer to that question always open to second reply.
