Engine swap?

I've got the truck listed above Ram with a 3.7 V6 and would like to put a 4.7 or 5.7 in it. Is there a way I can do it without having to change the wiring harness and everything else?

Another question for you and the team is this,
I need a rod for my 3.7 and can't seem to find one anywhere, and was wondering if the rods for the 4.7 or anything else would work in my motor? Getting desperate and running out of time and money. Please let me know ASAP if I can use a different one.

If I can't find one soon that will work, I'll be left with only 2 options,
Either try and find another complete engine, or just set it on fire and watch it burn. I'm honestly about fed up with it, lol.

If the rod dimensions are the same, you can use it. It needs to be the same weight as well fyi. hang in there :)

Thanks Ken, luckily I was able to find one at my machine shop for only $25 and they swapped the piston and all for me.
