The 2002 Truck did not have the 350 in it. This is a 5.7L engine but the options for this truck were the 5.3L and then the 6.0L.
So, this means the big block 454 will fit in the frame but you are going to have to use different mounts and then change the transmission or at least bell housing.
Also, the major thing you are going to have to change is how the engine is powered.
If the 454 that you are using was electronically controlled, then you are going to have to use the PCM out of that vehicle as well.

However, since this is a Chevrolet, you have a lot of options. So, if you are looking for more horsepower, I would suggest an LS swap. Here is a video series that will take you step by step:

Basically, this is going to get you much more power than the 454 and much better fuel mileage.
I know the big block is attractive, but they are just not as capable since the technology of small blocks has picked up.
