Can I swap my block from my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 l Hemi with a block from a 2006 Dodge Charger rt 5.7 Hemi will the motor mounts and the transmission match up. I blew the 2005 Hemi from from my truck and have a motor from a 2006 Hemi just want to swap them out. is that possible?

The ram Vin is 1D7HU18D55J626610 as for the charger the engine it is in storage I can swing by tomorrow. but I do know the 8th digit is an H.
